Custom uniforms are made to your approved mockup, so a change of mind after production starts cannot be refunded. If a piece has a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, we remake it at no cost.
Report an issue within 14 days of delivery with photos. We reply within one business day and ship the remake with free U.S. shipping.
Samples and blank stock, when offered, can be returned unused within 14 days.
